The Association Systems Census

How many systems hold one member?

Nobody has measured what the machinery underneath an association costs to run. So we are counting it. Five questions, about five minutes, no login and no gate. Results will be published in full and free, and no response is attributed to any organisation.

That is one more organisation counted. The results will be published in full, free and unattributed.

Why we are asking

The benchmark that does not exist.

The sector's research measures member sentiment, renewal rates, email performance and budget pressure. None of it measures how many systems hold part of one member's identity, or what reconciling them costs in staff hours. The argument behind this census is set out in the article that goes with it.
