A database doesn’t retain members. Connection does.
NeXy brings community, communications, learning, events and member services into one governed platform, built for web and mobile.
Your members deserve a platform designed around them. Not around your administrator. Not around a database. Around them. That is what NeXy is.
Between your organisation and your members sits a tangle of disconnected systems.
Every box is another login, another vendor, another place for the relationship to break. This is what most platforms hand a member.
Built around the member.
Member experience first. Governance and CRM underneath.
One platform, not another layer.
One vendor, one record. It replaces the stack.
Trust, by design.
Australian hosting, governed access and communications.
Built around the member.
Most platforms in this market are built for the administrator. NeXy is designed the other way around.
Community, communications, learning, events and member services are the primary design intent. The governance, CRM and reporting sit underneath, not on top.
See the member experienceOne platform, not another layer.
Most organisations run on three to seven disconnected systems and carry the integration debt, duplicate records and support overhead to prove it.
NeXy is one vendor, one contract, one roadmap and one canonical member record. It replaces the stack rather than adding to it.
And because it replaces the stack, the honest comparison is not licence against licence. It is one figure against everything you pay today, and that figure is published.
See what one platform costsTrust, by design.
Associations and unions carry member obligations, governance requirements and reputational accountability that generic SaaS platforms are not designed around.
NeXy is built with Australian hosting, role-based access controls, MFA, audit logging and governed communications applied consistently across the platform.
How trust is engineeredBuilt around the member. Run from one place.
Members get one connected home across web and mobile. Your team runs everything from one governed environment, with a single member record underneath.
Built around the member, not the administrator.
The member's home is the product, not a portal to one. Community, communications, learning, events and member services are the primary experience, not an afterthought bolted onto a database.
The same connected home on web and mobile, so members have a reason to return.
One platform. One member record. Governed throughout.
Behind the experience sits one product. One vendor, one contract, one roadmap and one canonical member record. It replaces the stack rather than adding to it.
Built with Australian hosting, role-based access, MFA, audit logging and governed communications applied consistently across the platform.
A platform that works is not the same as a platform that holds. NeXy is built to hold.
Not a portal. Not a bolt-on. Not a generic CRM wearing a membership badge.
NeXy is purpose-built for professional associations, unions and peak bodies. One vendor, one contract, one roadmap, one canonical member record. A platform your organisation can commit to, not another system to manage.

Questions boards ask, answered clearly.
Is NeXy an association management system or a CRM?
Both, in one product. NeXy combines a serious membership core and CRM with a modern member experience, so you are not forced to choose between back-office rigour and something members actually want to use. It is built for professional associations, unions and member-based organisations, not adapted from a generic sales tool.
We have been through a platform project that went badly before. How is NeXy different?
Most projects that fail do so because several vendors and tools are stitched together, and the organisation carries the integration debt for years. NeXy is one product, one contract and one roadmap, with a fixed implementation scope agreed before you start. You commit to a platform rather than assembling one. The full migration approach, including what happens to your data and your members during the move, is set out on the Switching page.
How long does implementation take, and when can we go live?
Implementation is scoped to your size and complexity and agreed up front, with a clear plan and milestones. Smaller organisations move quickly. Larger migrations from a legacy platform take longer, but follow the same disciplined process, and you get a realistic timeline before you sign.
How is NeXy priced?
A fixed annual licence plus a one-off implementation, both scoped to your organisation. There are no per-module surprises and no charging again for parts of the platform you expected to be included. You know the full cost before you commit, which makes it straightforward to take to a board.
Do we own our data, and can we get it out?
Your data is yours. You can access and export it at any time, and if you ever leave, you take it with you in a usable form. We do not treat your member data as a way to keep you.
Where is our data hosted, and how is it secured?
NeXy is hosted in Australia, with role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, audit logging and governed communications applied consistently across the platform. Security and governance are built in rather than bolted on, which matters for organisations carrying member obligations and reputational accountability.
Does NeXy replace our current systems, or sit on top of them?
It replaces the stack. The purpose of NeXy is to retire the scattered tools and the multiple logins, not to add another layer on top of them. Where you need to connect to something specific, such as single sign-on or finance, NeXy integrates, but the goal is one platform and one member record.
Will members actually use it?
That is the design intent. NeXy is built around the member first, with community, communications, learning and events as the primary experience, across web and a native member app on iOS and Android. A database does not retain members. Connection does.
Can NeXy handle our structure, branches, chapters, categories and governance rules?
Yes. NeXy is configurable to your structure, membership categories and governance rules, without the long-term chaos of heavy custom workarounds. It is governed by design, so configuration does not come at the cost of control.
What support do we get, and who runs the relationship?
One vendor and one relationship. You deal directly with the team that builds and runs the platform, with a named point of contact rather than a queue. Because it is one product rather than several stitched together, you are not passed between vendors when something needs attention.
