Pricing you can take to a board.
A published model: the subscription, the implementation, the optional extras, the transaction fee, even the annual escalation. Every figure that matters, on this page, before you ever talk to us. Indicative until scoped, never a surprise.
Capability determines the tier. Scale adjusts the price.
Three tiers, set by the capability your organisation actually runs: Core for a serious AMS foundation, Pro for organisations running partner programmes, credentialled CPD, engagement and non-dues revenue, Enterprise for peak bodies, unions and multi-jurisdictional structures. Within your tier, contact records scale the price at published block rates, so growth has a known cost, not a renegotiation.
Every tier runs on the same platform and the same member record. Moving up a tier is a commercial conversation, not a replatforming project: same data, same configuration, more depth switched on.
Answer a few questions. Get the real number.
No form to unlock it, no callback required. The figures below are the published model, the same one a proposal is built from. Indicative until scoped, never a surprise.

Switching from another platform under contract during our founding intake: your first three months of subscription are waived, and the 90-day post go-live adoption assurance applies. Both stated in the proposal, triggered by evidence of your existing contract. Does not stack with Founding Partner terms; you take whichever serves you better.
The migration itself starts before you commit: a free data audit, with the written migration plan handed to you before you sign. The plan is yours to keep either way. How the migration runs.
- Platform commerce fee of 2.5% on eligible transactions. Standard Australian domestic card processing is included in that fee.
- SMS is usage-billed at 10c per message, not hidden in the licence.
- Growth above your band is priced at published block rates: Core +500 contacts from $2,000 a year, Pro +2,500 from $4,500, Enterprise +5,000 from $6,000.
- Ask NeXy, if enabled, meters AI consumption and bills it as used, at the rates in your order form.
- Third-party services you connect, Xero, Mailchimp, EventsAir and the rest, are contracted directly between you and that vendor. We add nothing on top.
- Subscription escalates 4% per annum from year two, stated here and in the agreement, not discovered at renewal.
- Initial terms: 12 months Core, 24 months Pro, 36 months Enterprise.
- 99.5% monthly availability commitment with service credits if we miss it.
- Your data is yours: full export in standard formats within 30 days if you ever leave.
Indicative figures from the published model, confirmed through discovery and documented in the proposal. Custom integrations, bespoke development and non-standard data remediation are quoted separately, and we will say so before the work, not after.
Included means included.
Expand your tier and read every line. Everything below is in the annual licence. The only costs beyond it are the optional additions and the metered items priced on this page. If a cost is not on this page, it is not in the model.

Every line above is in the annual licence for its tier. The optional additions, the white-labelled app, case management, and the advanced learning and marketplace suites, are priced in the calculator. The metered items, SMS, AI consumption and the 2.5% platform commerce fee, are stated in the facts above. That is the whole model.
Already paying someone else? Your first three months are on us.
If you are on another platform under contract, paying by the hour to see your own data, waiting weeks for a change that should take a day, or funding an upgrade project just to stand still, this window is for you.
Organisations that switch during our founding intake have their first three months of subscription waived. Not a discount that expires into a price rise. A credit, stated in the proposal, triggered by evidence of your existing contract. Add the fixed-fee migration and the 90-day adoption assurance, and the cost of leaving has never been lower than the cost of staying.
And one more thing, free, before you commit to anything: the data audit. We will review your data and hand you the written migration plan before you sign, and the plan is yours to keep even if you choose someone else. We can afford to work that way because the plan holds up next to anyone's quote.
One rule, stated up front like everything else on this page: the switch credit and Founding Partner terms do not stack. You take whichever serves your organisation better, and we will show you the maths on both.
Three tiers. Published anchors.
Anchor prices are for the smallest configuration in each tier, AUD per year, GST exclusive. The calculator above scales them to your organisation.
Core, from $18,000
For smaller associations and specialty bodies wanting a serious AMS foundation. Implementation from $7,500. Twelve-month initial term.
Pro, from $36,000
For most professional associations and mid-sized peak bodies running partner programmes, credentialled CPD, engagement or revenue diversification. Implementation from $24,000. Twenty-four-month initial term.
Enterprise, from $95,000
For peak bodies, large national associations, unions and multi-jurisdictional organisations committing to NeXy as a primary operating platform. Implementation from $55,000, finalised after discovery. Thirty-six-month initial term.
Deployments whose governance, sovereignty or security requirements sit outside the standard SaaS model are delivered as dedicated engagements, quoted individually on the same principle: the full cost, in writing, before commitment.
What the licence includes. What costs extra, in writing.
The frustration in this market is rarely the headline price. It is the meter that starts running after the contract is signed. Our answer is not to pretend nothing costs extra. It is to publish every line that does, here, before the first conversation.
In the licence
- The platform at your tier: CRM, member experience, portal, CMS, events, communities, baseline CPD, reporting, and the NeXy member app on iOS and Android.
- Australian Azure hosting, encryption, MFA, role-based access, audit and continuous updates.
- The support envelope for your tier, with a named customer success manager at Pro and above.
- Every roadmap improvement at your tier, as it ships.
Costs extra, and says so here
- Optional additions: the white-labelled app, case management, and the advanced learning and marketplace suites, priced in the calculator above.
- Contact records above your band, at published block rates.
- SMS and high-volume communications, usage-billed at published rates.
- A 2.5% platform commerce fee on eligible transactions, with standard Australian domestic card processing included in it.
Your vendors stay yours.
Most platforms in this market resell the services around them: the email tool, the events system, the finance connector, each carrying a quiet margin and a contract you cannot see into. We ran versions of that model for years. It creates dependency dressed as convenience, so NeXy does the opposite.
If you connect Xero, MYOB, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Vision6 or EventsAir, the subscription and the contract are yours, held directly with that vendor. We switch the integration on, you provide your key, and we take nothing on top. Not a percentage, not a handling fee, not a bundled licence. Your vendor relationships belong to you, which also means you can change them without asking us.
Two things meter with use, and both are published rather than buried. SMS is billed per message at the rate shown in the calculator above and stated in your order form. Ask NeXy, if you enable it, meters AI consumption through our provider, Anthropic, and bills it as used at the rates in your order form, never silently inside the licence. The one place we do sit in the middle is platform commerce, and the 2.5% fee for that is published on this page.
Implementation is a one-off fixed fee with milestone billing, scoped after a data audit, with scope boundaries in writing. An overrun inside the agreed scope is our problem, not yours.
The Founding Partner Program.
A small number of launch organisations will shape NeXy from the inside. Founding Partners receive founding pricing locked for three years, priority input into the roadmap, and direct access to the founders who build the platform. In return, we ask for something honest: once you are live and the results are real, you agree to be a reference.
This is not a discount and it does not expire into a price rise surprise. It is a position, capped at a fixed number of organisations, and when those places are taken the program closes. Founding Partners also start with a 30-day sandbox: your structure, your membership categories, your hands on the platform before a dollar is committed. If your organisation is weighing a move in the next two quarters, this is the window where the terms are best and the influence is greatest.
The pricing questions a board will ask.
Will the price go up every year?
What happens to our price as we grow?
Is implementation included in the licence?
Are there charges per module or per feature?
What does support cost?
Do you take a margin on third-party services?
How does this compare with what we pay now?
Get the full cost, in writing, before you decide.
Bring your current contracts and your member count. You will leave the first conversation knowing what NeXy costs, what it replaces, and what the move involves. All of it in writing.
